The Tallisilta bridge project is reaching completion. Steeped in military history, Serum has designed a new superstructure atop the old renovated wartime substructure. More than two years ago 2014 we won invited architectural competition for Hämeenlinna Asemanseutu. After finished detail plan for the new central area for 60 000sqm around railway station and beautiful lakeside Vanajavesi, we are starting to design the first housing block Asemanranta for YIT.
Helsingin Sanomat writes about our research and housing project in Kalasatama, where we create new housing concept for urban families. Kouvola city organized invitational architecture competition to refurbish a former military area of pioneers becoming housing fair area on 2019. Area is historically and culturally very special. Our entry Pionia was rewarded specially of landscape architecture.

Lappeenranta Kanavakaupunki -project is published. We designed wooden housing area with sustainable energy program. Housing area is in beautiful place next to lakeside, and housing is planned to optimize the views, but also maximize the potential roof area for solar panels. (Read more)
